It’s your chance to finally make that “CHANGE” you’ve been talking about for months. We offer you QUALIFIED fitness professionals, who work hard to get you QUICK, QUANTIFIABLE RESULTS!

We have all been there and cooked up a million excuses as to why we can’t workout. The house is dirty, the family needs me, I work 50+ hours a week, I need “me” time. If you are looking for an excuse you will find one, but none of them will ever be good enough. Camp 3Q is a great way to get fit while having fun in a supportive atmosphere. Our program will help you get the lean, toned body that you deserve. You’ll also have fun and enjoy meeting like-minded motivated people. We’ve trained everyone from senior citizens to distance runners to elite athletes. This boot camp is for individuals who are committed to changing their life in a positive supportive atmosphere.

  • Saturday class starts at 10:00 AM and runs till 11:00 AM.

1ST PAYMENT (DUE TODAY): $49 Enrollment Fee

This fee reserves your spot at Enrollment Day. Please note that this $49 will be deducted from your boot camp total.

2ND PAYMENT: 2 Days A Week Members: $100 / 3 Days A Week Members $150

Camp 3Q Guarantees Results!



I have participated in several fitness challenges. This was my first time participating in Camp 3Q. One of my main goals was to reduce body fat and increase endurance. I was able to reduce my body fat by 1 ½ percent, which put me in an athlete category for my age range.

I also reduced inches in the waist and transformed fat into muscle. I also met my goal  of reducing  my baseline workout time significantly. Logging my daily diet and the body cleanse reinforced the importance of a healthy diet. I have increased my fruit and fiber intake and reduced processed food and sugars. I looked forward to our team workouts each week. I highly recommend Camp 3Q to anyone wanting new challenges.

GOD is so good he knows when and who to put in your life. Special thanks to Coach Kisha,  I’ve been at this workout thing for a while now and have had some great trainers but this lady knows her stuff, and she REALLY cares about you as a person and your progress.
